How do I access my discount

Is Friends of Freedom free to join?

Yes. Friends of Freedom is 100% free, with no sign-up fees, no hidden costs and no expiry.

What discounts are available?

Members enjoy:

10cpl off Premium 95 and Hi-Octane 98
8cpl off Diesel, E10, and Unleaded 95

Can I request a physical card?

Yes, you can request a physical card. Call our team on 1300 667 202 or email csc@freedomfuels.com.au.

Do I need an app to use my discount?

There is no app required currently. Your membership works with a digital or physical card, so it’s easy to use wherever you are.

Is the discount available at all Freedom sites?

Friends of Freedom discounts are available at participating Freedom service stations. Availability may vary by location. Use the store locator to find your local participating Freedom service station.

Can I combine my discount with other offers?

Fuel discounts can’t be combined with other fuel promotions. However, special offers, just for friends, may be available from time to time.

What if I forget or lose my fuel discount card?

No problem. We look after our mates. Your membership number can be reissued or resent. Contact us and we’ll get you sorted.

Does my membership expire?

No. Your Friends of Freedom membership never expires.

Will I get lots of emails or text messages?

Nope. We keep communications relevant and minimal. Just because we’re friends, you’ll be the first to know about special offers, important updates, and the occasional friends-only perk.

Terms and Conditions

Application for Membership & Eligibility:

If you are an individual consumer and are over the age of 18 years, you can apply to be a member of the Friends of Freedom Club (Club) by completing the online registration form.
By making your application to join the Club you acknowledge that Freedom Fuels may accept or reject your application in its absolute discretion.
You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which may be varied by Freedom Fuels at any time without notice but will be published and available on the Freedom Fuels website.

Discount Card:

Your Friends of Freedom Discount Card (Discount Card) will be issued to you via email as an e-card within twenty-four (24) hours of your application being approved.
Your Discount Card may only be use only at Freedom Fuels’ nominated sites*.
You elect to save it electronically on your chosen device or request a physical card by sending an email to csc@freedomfuels.com.au with your membership number and contact details.
Your Discount Card must be presented at the point of sale before your purchase is completed to claim your Club discount offer.
Your Discount Card is not a credit or fuel account card, is personal and is not transferable, and remains the property of Freedom Fuels at all times.

Discount Card benefits:

Club Members will be eligible for discounts off fuel and convenience store items as offered by Freedom Fuels.
Your standard discount as a Club Member will be 8 cents per litre (inclusive of GST) off the full pump price of Diesel, ULP 91 and E10 ULP fuel grades, 10 cents per litre (inclusive of GST) off the full pump price of Premium 95 and 98 fuel grades, and 5% off convenience store items purchased excluding newspapers, magazines, all Telco communication items including handsets, phone recharge vouchers and prepaid mobile SIM cards, credit or other prepaid cards, cigarettes and tobacco products, Go Via cards, trailer or equipment hire, and/or any other third party supplied product sold by Freedom Fuels as an Agent.
The discount off fuel is available up to a maximum of 120 litres purchased via one transaction per day.
Additional discount offers may be communicated to Discount Card holders via SMS or email from to time to time and the terms of these offers will be detailed in those notifications.

Discount Card rules:

Your Discount Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer.
You must pay for your purchases by cash or EFTPOS facilities when using your Discount Card.
Discount Cards cannot be used in conjunction with a Freedom Fuels Retail Account Card, Motorcharge, Motorpass or Fleet card.
Club benefits are for private and personal use and enjoyment of Club Members and may not be used for business or commercial purposes.
Freedom Fuels reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or vary this Club offer at any time.
Your Club Card must be used in-store within one (1) calendar month of it being issued failing which it may be deactivated.
If you subsequently do not use your card for any consecutive period exceeding four (4) weeks after the first month post-issuing, it may be deactivated.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your contact details to ensure you are receiving all Club communication and offers.
Freedom Fuels makes no express or implied warranties or representations relating to your Club Membership or any benefits available to Club Members.
Freedom Fuels has no liability whatsoever for any loss, harm, damage or any other incidental, consequential or indirect loss or for any other consequences in connection with your Club Card and/or Club Membership.
Subject to these terms and conditions, you release and indemnify Freedom Fuels from and against any and all liability arising from or in connection with any breach by you of these terms and conditions and your Club Membership.

Privacy:

Freedom Fuels collects your personal information to enable you to participate in the Friends of Freedom Club and to share Club offers with you.
By registering as a Club Member you are expressly authorising the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information and consenting to receiving commercial electronic messages for marketing and promotional purposes.
Freedom Fuels collects and stores your Personal Information in accordance with its Privacy Policy: www.freedomfuels.com.au/privacy. Our Privacy Policy contains information on how you may access and seek correction of Personal Information we have collected and/or hold about you, our complaints process for any potential breach of policy or of the Australian Privacy Principles and our full contact details. Please be aware that your Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties in the ordinary course of business or otherwise for purposes such as complaints processing, and includes the potential disclosure to overseas recipients including Freedom Fuels’ shareholders in Japan and/or its Microsoft Hosted Exchange data storage in Hong Kong and/or Singapore. By providing us with your Personal Information you are expressly acknowledging acceptance our Privacy Policy, your consent to the potential use and/or disclosure of your Personal Information overseas, and your acknowledgement that Freedom Fuels will not be responsible for ensuring that any overseas recipient is compliant with the applicable Privacy Principles in relation to your Personal Information. Freedom Fuels will not be liable for any breach of the Australian Privacy Principles by any overseas recipient and you may have no recourse under the Privacy Act against overseas recipients.
Unless you notify us otherwise we will continue to use your Personal Information indefinitely.

Opting out:

You can opt out of receiving Club discount offers and communication from Freedom Fuels by notifying Freedom Fuels via email to csc@freedomfuels.com.au or by replying ‘STOP’ to any promotional text SMS or email received.

Cancelling your Membership:

You can cancel your Membership at any time by notifying Freedom Fuels via email: csc@freedomfuels.com.au.

Lost, stolen or damaged Cards:

If your card is lost, stolen or damaged please contact the Freedom Fuels Customer Service Centre.
Freedom Fuels may issue you with a new card via email as an e-card at its discretion.
