Suited for ABN-holding businesses spending over $1,000/month on fuel. Benefits include:

For one-off bulk fuel deliveries without an account, customers may be required to pay via COD (Cash on Delivery). Accepted methods include EFT, credit card, and BPAY, to be arranged prior to delivery confirmation.

This is a public discount program and does not require an account. It offers access to exclusive fuel and in-store savings via email signup. Does not integrate with retail or wholesale accounts.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This includes how we collect, store, use, and disclose your information, whether you are a customer, job applicant, or partner.

Personal data may include your name, contact details, business information, and employment records. This is only shared within the Freedom Fuels Group or with select overseas providers (e.g., Microsoft Exchange or our shareholder entities in Japan) with appropriate safeguards in place. You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information at any time.

Freedom Fuels maintains a confidential whistleblower process to ensure all employees, contractors, and stakeholders can report misconduct or policy violations safely. Reports may be made anonymously and are handled with strict confidentiality. Protections are in place to prevent retaliation.

Freedom Fuels retains all copyrights to website and brand materials unless stated otherwise. Limited reproduction is permitted for personal use. Any commercial or public reuse requires prior written permission.

While all efforts are made to keep our website and policies accurate, Freedom Fuels does not guarantee completeness and cannot be held liable for damages arising from reliance on outdated or incorrect information.

Members of this public program receive access to exclusive fuel and in-store discounts via email. Signing up requires only a name and email, with no fees or account needed. Offers may vary by site and are time-bound. Card must be presented or scanned at participating stations to redeem. The card may not be transferrable and is for personal use only.

Customers who purchase a minimum of 40 litres of fuel per vehicle in a single transaction are eligible for a discount of four (4) cents per litre off the pump price, including GST. This discount is available across all fuel types, excluding LPG Autogas. The discount applies to a maximum of 120 litres per transaction or within a 24-hour period, whichever comes first. It cannot be combined with any other promotion, including Freedom Fuels’ staff discount, Motoring Association discounts (e.g., “Show Your Card & Save”), or other concurrent fuel discount programs.

Payment must be made using acceptable methods including cash, EFTPOS, credit card, Motorcharge, or Motorpass. The discount is not valid for purchases made using a Freedom Fuels Business Fuel Account card. Freedom Fuels Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue this discount offer at any time without notice.

Freedom Fuels Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 49 093 244 761) issues Gift Vouchers that may be redeemed in-store at participating Freedom Fuels outlets. Gift Vouchers can be used to make purchases up to the total value printed on the voucher, including GST. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, used toward the payment of fuel account balances, or applied to the purchase of another gift voucher or gift card. Gift Vouchers are not transferable and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, defaced, damaged, or altered. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Freedom Fuels is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal use, Freedom Fuels reserves the right to place a hold on, or cancel, a voucher while an investigation is conducted. There is no expiry date associated with Freedom Fuels Gift Vouchers. Customers can check their remaining voucher balance in-store or by contacting Customer Service on 1300 667 202.

Freedom Fuels reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where reasonably required, including to meet legal obligations or to adjust eligible goods and services. Gift Vouchers are only accepted at outlets listed at https://www.freedomfuels.com.au/outlet-locations or as advised by Customer Service on 1300 667 202.
